These Shipping and Delivery Policies are part of our ("Terms") and should therefore be read in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions.

Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONSAND DELIVERIES?

Sstandard shipment

Second Class -  Royal Mail  - Shipped within 5 working days

First Class - Royal Mail - Dispatched within 5 business days

Expedited shipping fees

Express Royal Mail   - 1-2 working days delivery 

Royal Mail Tracking   - Shipping within 3 business days 

If you choose expedited shipping, we'll send you additional shipping information after you place your order, including an estimated delivery date.

All product delivery times and dates are given in good faith but are estimates only.

RETURNS
 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for a product that has not been returned within 14 days of delivery.

- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- any item that has been returned more than 14 days from contact.

Once your return is collected and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your return is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for returned items that are lost and/or damaged in transit. You must ensure that returned items packed in a box must be returned with an outer protective box.

Late or missing returns- (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at MonicAtelier86@gmail.com

exchanges- We currently do not accept exchanges

Returns- To return a product/send, include an order summary with your shipment and clearly state the return address on the external page

Remember to get proof of receipt at the post office. You will have to pay for the postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the delivery charge if we made a mistake with our shipment or if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have chosen to keep part of the order you received. We do not reimburse fees incurred by you from private carriers.

 

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if you have qualified for free shipping, the current standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund along with a 5% restocking fee.

Defective or incorrect items- If in rare cases you have received an incorrect item after receiving your order, PLEASE CONTACT US and we will initiate a return. We will email you a return label so you can return it at our expense. Without exception, we are unable to ship a replacement until the wrong item is returned. Please ensure that the original packaging was used for the return. If you receive a defective product, please do not send it back to us. Please contact us at monicatelier86@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and attach photos of the broken item that we can use to identify the problem and keep them for our records. We will work to arrange a replacement/refund for you. Normally, you won't need to send your broken item back to us, so please don't return anything before contacting us. If we need to send the item back to us for further examination, we will cover the cost of return postage.

We want to reassure our customers that if there are any issues with the products within a month of receiving them, we will be happy to send you a replacement or repair subject to availability. Items that are defective after 14 days of receipt are excluded from the refund.

At the discretion of Monic Atelier , a defective product will be repaired or replaced within one month of receiving the product. You will not receive a replacement or repair for:

It has been damaged by wear

Accident or misuse, including unsupervised use

Please note that wear and tear may occur as the product ages, but this can be prevented by avoiding contact with chemicals, extreme temperatures, water, cosmetic products and fragrances. We may request that defective products be returned to us for inspection. We will send you a prepaid return label if required.

Returns - If items are returned to us for reasons such as providing the wrong address, failing to collect or redeliver from a courier, or refusing to accept the item, a return and restocking fee of 20% will be charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount along with the cost of the initial postage. If an item is returned and the customer is eligible for free shipping, the then current standard delivery rate will be deducted from the refund amount. Without exception, we are not responsible for the customer's delivery address if it is incorrect. Customers are responsible for the correctness of the delivery details.
